Before working with me I will send over a contract to outline what, how, and when I will deliver the end products of my services, and how and when you will provide my payment, as well as anything else to which both parties must adhere in order to ensure satisfactory results.

Below are the basics of most contracts.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. All photos/video taken by the photographer remain the property of the photographer.
2. Any use of the photos by the client must be agreed upon in writing prior to use.
3. No photos/video may be altered or manipulated in any way without the photographer's permission.
4. Payment is due in full prior to the delivery of photos/video.
5. Refunds are not available for services rendered.
6. The photographer is not liable for any damages caused by the use of the photos/video.
